Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems at project sites.

• Coordinate AHU, chilled water distribution and environmental control systems.
• Plan day-to-day site activities and support long-term maintenance operations.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Site Engineer (HVAC) to join our growing project execution team. The ideal candidate should possess a Mechanical Engineering background and be eager to build a career in HVAC installation, commissioning, and maintenance. Freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems at project sites.

Supervise HVAC installation activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Support the maintenance and servicing of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Coordinate installation of air handling units, chilled water distribution systems, and environmental control systems.

Plan day-to-day site activities and support long-term maintenance operations.

Assist in implementing preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC systems.

Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained during execution.

Support the design of small HVAC systems and modifications to existing installations.

Review engineering drawings, layouts, and project specifications.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders for smooth execution.

Inspect contractor work to ensure adherence to project requirements and safety standards.

Identify and resolve technical issues at site with guidance from senior engineers.

Maintain project documentation and submit regular progress reports.

Required Qualifications

ITI (Draftsman), Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME), or B.E. (Mechanical).

1–3 year of experience in HVAC projects

Basic understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical engineering principles.

Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Willingness to travel and work at project sites.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of HVAC installation and maintenance.

Understanding of Air Handling Units (AHU), chilled water systems, and ventilation systems.

Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.

Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
