Job summary

Elektrokraft is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Lead to drive site assessments, technical planning and installation coordination for VRF and ductable air-conditioning systems. You will oversee field teams, review AutoCAD layouts and ensure timely, safe project delivery at client sites in Jamshedpur and nearby areas.

The role requires strong hands-on experience with AHU systems, ducting and copper piping, plus the ability to read and modify AutoCAD drawings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of practical HVAC experience, including 2 years managing projects or site execution teams.
• Strong knowledge of VRF, ductable AC, ducting, copper piping and AHU systems.
• Ability to read and modify AutoCAD/HVAC drawings.
• Experience in site surveys, execution planning and fault resolution.

• Visit client sites, assess cooling requirements and recommend technically suitable air-conditioning solutions.
• Prepare and verify low-side requirements, including copper piping, ducting, drainage, electrical interfaces and installation materials.
• Review and modify AutoCAD layouts; interpret duct drawings and coordinate AHU, ductable and VRF installations.
• Plan site execution and assign tasks to supervisors, technicians and installers; monitor timelines, workmanship and material usage.
• Troubleshoot technical and execution problems on-site, including HVAC retrofit projects.
• Coordinate with the godown / stores in-charge on material readiness, issue and return; enforce site discipline and safe work practices.

Work setting:

Travel to project sites in Jamshedpur and nearby service areas, as required.
