Equinext Solution is hiring an HVAC Planner / Estimation Engineer to design cleanroom and HVAC systems for pharmaceutical turnkey projects. You will handle heat load calculations, airflow analysis, ACPH, equipment selection, and layout coordination with AutoCAD.

The role emphasizes preparing BOQs, cost estimations, tender responses, and proposals while ensuring GMP/ISO compliance. Strong Excel and CAD skills are essential, along with clear communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams.

We're Hiring - HVAC Planner / Estimation Engineer!

Pharmaceutical Turnkey Projects (HVAC & Cleanroom)

1. Technical Skills:

• Design HVAC and cleanroom systems including heat load calculation, airflow calculation, ACPH, pressure cascade, and equipment selection (AHU, FCU, Chiller, Exhaust, Dehumidifier).
• Prepare cleanroom layouts and zoning concepts in compliance with WHO-GMP, EU-GMP, ISO 14644, and Schedule M standards.
• Prepare detailed BOQ, material quantity take-off, and project cost estimation including material, equipment, labor, installation, and commissioning costs.
• Develop project costing sheets with margin analysis and cost optimization.
• Review RFQs, tender documents, and technical specifications to prepare technical proposals, compliance statements, datasheets, and scope of work.
• Prepare and review HVAC layouts, cleanroom layouts, ducting layouts, utility layouts, and equipment layouts.
• Coordinate with drafting team for preparation and finalization of AutoCAD drawings.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotations, perform technical and commercial evaluation, and support equipment selection.
• Provide technical support to business development and project execution teams.
• Ensure all designs and estimations comply with project specifications and applicable GMP and international standards.
