Job summary

Equinext Solution is seeking a Design & Estimation professional for Pharmaceutical Turnkey Projects (HVAC & Cleanroom) in Maharashtra. You will design HVAC and cleanroom systems, perform heat load and airflow calculations, develop layouts, and prepare detailed BOQ and project costing with margin analysis.

Responsibilities include tender reviews, technical proposals, and coordination with drafting teams and vendors to ensure GMP/compliance. Strong AutoCAD and MS Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Design HVAC and cleanroom systems including heat load calculation, airflow calculation, ACPH, pressure cascade, and equipment selection.
• Prepare cleanroom layouts and zoning concepts in compliance with WHO-GMP, EU-GMP, ISO 14644, and Schedule M.
• Prepare detailed BOQ, material quantity take-off, and project cost estimation including material, equipment, labor, installation, and commissioning costs.
• Develop project costing sheets with margin analysis and cost optimization.
• Review RFQs, tender documents, and technical specifications to prepare technical proposals, compliance statements, datasheets, and scope of work.
• Prepare and review HVAC layouts, cleanroom layouts, ducting layouts, utility layouts, and equipment layouts.
• Coordinate with drafting team for preparation and finalization of AutoCAD drawings.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotations, perform technical and commercial evaluation, and support equipment selection.
• Provide technical support to business development and project execution teams.
• Ensure all designs and estimations comply with project specifications and GMP and international standards.

1. Technical Skills:

• Design HVAC and cleanroom systems including heat load calculation, airflow calculation, ACPH, pressure cascade, and equipment selection (AHU, FCU, Chiller, Exhaust, Dehumidifier).
• Prepare cleanroom layouts and zoning concepts in compliance with WHO-GMP, EU-GMP, ISO 14644, and Schedule M standards.
• Prepare detailed BOQ, material quantity take-off, and project cost estimation including material, equipment, labor, installation, and commissioning costs.
• Develop project costing sheets with margin analysis and cost optimization.
• Review RFQs, tender documents, and technical specifications to prepare technical proposals, compliance statements, datasheets, and scope of work.
