Job summary

YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc.- Dubai in India seeks an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale HVAC projects. You will oversee chiller installations, testing, commissioning, and startup, coordinating with clients, consultants, and site teams to keep projects on schedule.

The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years in HVAC project execution, a Mechanical Engineering background, and PM certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) is an added advantage.
• 8-15+ years of experience in HVAC project execution and project management.
• Hands-on experience with chiller installation, testing, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of HVAC projects from project initiation to handover.
• Lead the installation, testing, commissioning, and startup of: Water-Cooled Chillers, Air-Cooled Chillers, HVAC Systems, Cooling Towers, Pumps and Associated Equipment.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop project plans, schedules, manpower deployment plans, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Conduct site meetings and provide project status updates to management and customers.
• Manage project risks and proactively resolve technical and execution challenges.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of project materials and equipment.
• Support project billing, cost control, variation management, and collections.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and quality standards throughout project execution.
