Job summary

Maxic Arrow is seeking a proactive site coordination professional with HVAC knowledge to schedule technicians, manage CRM, and resolve client queries within TAT. The role involves site visits, material checks, and coordination with HVAC engineers to ensure smooth project execution.

The candidate should have a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering and 1–2 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with strong communication and client-handling abilities.

• Proficiency in CRM and Excel is required.
• Strong communication, client handling and query resolution skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Schedule site technicians and manage CRM to track tasks.
• Resolve complaints within TAT and coordinate with HVAC project engineers.
• Conduct site visits and check materials for ongoing jobs.
• Prepare service reports and handle AMC renewals, quotations and closures.
• Assist with site handovers and HVAC material management.
