Job summary

Tech Hands Consultency Services in Bengaluru is seeking a proactive HVAC Project/Site Engineer to manage on-site execution and coordination for HVAC installation projects across Bengaluru, Chennai, and Kochi. You will work with clients, design teams, and site personnel to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Responsibilities include supervising installation of diffusers, grilles, dampers, ducting, piping and insulation, coordinating AutoCAD drawings, monitoring progress, and maintaining

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 0–5 years of experience in HVAC project/site execution.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and HVAC installation practices.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel as required.

• Oversee erection of HVAC equipment, ducting, piping, and insulation work at site.
• Coordinate AutoCAD drawings and updates based on actual site conditions.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and safety.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for material and manpower planning.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide solutions with design team.
• Maintain documentation of site activities and progress reports.
