Job summary

Innowell Engineering International seeks a Senior Site Engineer (HVAC) to oversee site activities, coordinate with clients and contractors, and drive project execution. The role emphasizes load calculations, layout design, and equipment selection for efficient HVAC systems.

The candidate should have a BE in Mechanical Engineering with 3–5 years of hands-on experience, proficiency in HAP/TRACE, and skills in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks to support layout and coordination on site.

Qualifications

• BE in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
• 3–5 years of HVAC site experience required.
• Experience with heat-load software (HAP, TRACE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• HVAC design load calculations and duct/ventilation layout.
• Coordinate with clients and contractors for project execution.
• Prepare drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

HVAC Site Engineer:Senior Site Engineer – HVAC site activities, coordination, and project execution This has created operational strain and affects the smooth flow of project execution. To ensure effective site supervision, timely project progress, and seamless coordination with clients and contractors, it is essential to onboard askilled Senior Site Engineer (HVAC) at the earliest. The role will significantlystrengthen our site operations, improve response time, and support theoverall project delivery.Required Qualification:1. B.E., Mechanical Engineering2. 3 to 5 years' experience3. Experience in Heat load calculation software (e.g., HAP, TRACE 704. Familiarity with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NBC and other relevant standardsEducation, years of experience, skill.Roles & Skills:1. Proficiency in HVAC system design – load calculation, duct design, chilledwater system, and ventilation.2. Experience in heat load calculation software (e.g., HAP, TRACE 700).3. Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks forlayout and coordination.4. Understanding of HVAC equipment selection (AHU, FCU, chillers, pumps, ducts, diffusers, etc.).5.
