Job summary

TalentAhead is seeking an Engineer - HVAC for on-site site execution at Hyderabad. You will oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, coordinating with contractors and internal teams to ensure design compliance and timely delivery.

The role requires extensive hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems, along with strong drawing interpretation and BIM tooling skills. Leadership, communication, and problem-solving are essential for project success.

Qualifications

• Minimum Experience: 35 years of experience in project site execution for HVAC and PHF systems.
• HVAC systems: Ducting, chilled water systems, VRF/VRV systems, air handling units, and ventilation systems.
• Plumbing: Water supply, drainage systems, and rainwater harvesting.
• Fire safety systems: Sprinkler systems, fire pumps, hydrants, and fire alarms.
• Standards and codes: ASHRAE, NFPA, ISHRAE, IPC, and other relevant regulations.
• Hands-On Experience: Installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and shop drawings.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting MEP drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or related BIM software.
• Basic understanding of energy-efficient and green building systems.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire safety system design and execution.
