Job summary

Infinity Hr Solutuins seeks an HVAC Draftsman with hands-on experience in detailed HVAC drawings for building services projects in Bangalore. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP is required to contribute to multi-disciplinary BIM coordination.

The role supports design engineers across phases, coordinating with architecture, structure and MEP teams to ensure accurate, shop-ready drawings and revisions are maintained throughout project delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HVAC drafting and detailing for building services projects.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Experience with coordinating across disciplines and BIM coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed HVAC layouts, plans, sections and installation drawings.
• Develop drawings for ducting, piping, equipment and air distribution systems.
• Prepare layouts for AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems and other HVAC equipment.
• Develop duct routing, chilled water piping and refrigerant piping layouts.
• Coordinate HVAC drawings with architectural, structural and plumbing services.
• Prepare GFC/IFC drawings and update drawings based on engineering revisions.
• Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, levels and coordination.
• Maintain drawing revisions and documentation.
• Support Design Engineers and BIM teams in project deliverables.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Draftsman with hands‑on experience in preparing detailed HVAC drawings and layouts for building services projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of HVAC systems and experience using AutoCAD and/or Revit MEP.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed HVAC layouts, plans, sections and installation drawings.
• Develop drawings for ducting, piping, equipment and air distribution systems.
• Prepare layouts for AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems and other HVAC equipment.
• Develop duct routing, chilled water piping and refrigerant piping layouts.
• Coordinate HVAC drawings with architectural, structural, electrical and plumbing services.
• Prepare GFC/IFC drawings and update drawings based on engineering revisions.
• Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, levels and coordination.
• Maintain drawing revisions and documentation.
• Support Design Engineers and BIM teams in project deliverables.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HVAC drafting and building services.
• Hands‑on experience with AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Revit MEP/HVAC is an added advantage.
• Understanding of ductwork, chilled water piping, VRF/VRV and air distribution systems.
• Ability to read architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Knowledge of MEP coordination and clash‑free routing.

Qualification

Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an MEP design consulting company.
• Exposure to commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare or high‑rise building projects.
• International project experience and knowledge of Navisworks/BIM coordination will be an advantage.
