Job summary

ATC in India is seeking an enthusiastic Career Counsellor to join our US IT staffing team, helping IT professionals discover the right opportunities and align their career goals with client needs.

You will work with candidates, recruiters, and account managers, gain hands-on exposure to US staffing concepts such as W2, C2C, and 1099, and participate in training to grow your recruiting skills.

Freshers are welcome with strong communication skills, and training will be provided; US CST shifts apply.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Basic knowledge of US staffing terminology and work authorization is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Connect with IT professionals and understand their skills, experience, goals, and job preferences.
• Identify and recommend suitable career opportunities based on profiles and client requirements.
• Source candidates using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Review resumes and conduct initial discussions to assess qualifications and expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, and candidate communication.
• Work closely with Senior Counsellors, Recruiters, and Account Managers to support client requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in internal systems.
• Learn US staffing concepts like W2, C2C, 1099, and work authorization.
• Achieve daily and weekly sourcing, engagement, and submission targets.

Education
