Role Description

The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including personnel records, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, supporting HR management initiatives, handling employee benefits administration, and coordinating performance management activities. The role also involves assisting in recruitment, conducting employee engagement activities, and addressing HR-related queries in alignment with company standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, working closely with leadership and staff to support a positive and compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in daily HR operations.
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including compliance with relevant regulations and internal guidelines.
• Experience in Personnel Management, including onboarding, documentation, and supporting employee relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate attention to detail, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in HR software or HRIS systems and basic MS Office tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing, retail, or jewelry-related environment is beneficial.
