Job summary

Voy India, previously EarlyFit, is India’s first full-stack metabolic health and weight loss platform. We are seeking an experienced HR professional to manage the complete HR function, from onboarding to compliance, and to drive a positive employee experience.

You will partner with business leaders, oversee performance management, payroll coordination, and HR analytics, and identify development needs to support growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience across HR Generalist / HRBP / HR Operations roles.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes, employee relations, and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication, can partner effectively with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, exits, and HR documentation.
• Manage performance management, appraisals, and goal-setting processes.
• Handle payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR MIS.
• Partner with business leaders on people-related matters and workforce planning.
• Identify training and development needs and drive L&D initiatives.
• Ensure a positive employee experience across the complete employee lifecycle.
