Job summary

Codemonk is an IT-focused product engineering and AI-inspired technology company seeking an experienced HR Lead to own and drive the complete HR function. You will partner with the CEO to shape people strategy while ensuring operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in IT services or technology services, capable of leading a growing HR team in a fast-paced environment and driving scalable HR processes.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of HR experience in an IT Services, Product Engineering, or Technology Services company.
• Experience owning or leading the complete HR function.
• Strong understanding of Performance Management, Employee Lifecycle, L&D, HR Operations, and Talent Management.
• Experience managing or mentoring HR team members.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work directly with founders and senior leadership.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate business needs into people initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive the people strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring timely execution of HR initiatives.
• Build and improve scalable HR policies, processes, and systems.
• Own the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
• Lead performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, and organizational alignment initiatives.
• Coach managers on performance, feedback, and people-related best practices.
• Oversee the recruitment function and guide the Talent Acquisition team on hiring strategy, workforce planning, and recruitment metrics.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to ensure timely and quality hiring.
• Ensure efficient HR operations, HRMS governance, policy implementation, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
• Monitor HR metrics and present actionable insights to leadership.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Lead to own and drive the complete Human Resources function at Codemonk.

This is a leadership role where you will partner directly with the CEO to shape people strategy while ensuring operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.

You will lead HR initiatives, build scalable people processes, mentor junior HR team members, and create a high-performance culture aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Leadership

• Partner with the CEO and leadership team to drive the people strategy aligned with business goals.
