Job summary

Celer.in is offering a remote HR internship for candidates in India. You will assist in sourcing and screening candidates, post openings, and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.

You will maintain candidate databases, help with onboarding, prepare basic HR letters, and support internal communications. The stipend ranges from INR 5,000 to 6,000 per month for a three-month engagement, with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through LinkedIn, Internshala, job portals, and other platforms.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
• Conduct initial candidate screening calls and collect relevant information.
• Post job openings across different recruitment platforms and social media channels.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases, interview records, and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interviews, assignments, documentation, and joining.
• Assist with onboarding and documentation of new employees and interns.
• Prepare offer letters, internship letters, joining documents, and other basic HR documentation.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave, and other HR records when required.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Coordinate with different departments to understand their hiring requirements.
• Support the HR and management team with general administrative and HR-related tasks.
