The Opportunity Hitachi Energy is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the business in driving people, culture, and organizational priorities. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to business leaders, translating business objectives into effective HR strategies and initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the HR network to deliver talent, performance, organizational development, and employee relations solutions that enable business growth and transformation.
Partner with business leaders and managers to align HR priorities with business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.
Collaborate with the Hub HR Business Partner for Functions to implement people strategies covering culture, talent, leadership, and organizational development.
Provide strategic and operational HR guidance to management, supporting decision-making and implementation of people-related initiatives.
Support recruitment, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development initiatives to ensure current and future business needs are met.
Facilitate organizational change and transformation programs by ensuring the right capabilities, structures, and talent strategies are in place.
Execute core HR processes, including performance management, talent management, compensation reviews, workforce planning, and other employee lifecycle activities.
Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, providing support on employee relations, grievance handling, counseling, disciplinary processes, and employee well‑being matters.
Lead and support local HR projects while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective collaboration and best practice sharing across the HR community.
Demonstrate a proactive, hands‑on, and solution‑oriented approach while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
