Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
3 to 5 years of experience in HR Shared Services, Compensation Operations, or Compensation & Benefits Administration within a global organization.
Hands-on experience supporting compensation programs, including Annual Salary Reviews (ASR), Short-Term Incentives (STI), Long-Term Incentives (LTI), salary administration, and compensation reporting.
Experience working with HR systems, preferably Workday, including compensation data management, reporting, and process administration.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of PowerPoint, Power BI, and other digital reporting tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders across different functions and geographies.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Experience supporting employee benefits administration and vendor coordination is preferred.
