We specialize in designing and implementing HR strategies, change management, leadership development, and cultural transformation initiatives that align with our clients' business objectives. We help organizations modernize their HR practices, enhance employee engagement, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated HR Analyst to join our team. You will work closely with the Founder on a variety of high-impact projects related to HR transformation, organizational development, and talent management for large, well-established companies. This role offers valuable exposure to the consulting industry and hands-on experience in strategic HR initiatives that drive organizational change.

Key Responsibilities:

Support HR Transformation Projects: Assist the consulting team in analyzing and improving HR processes for large organizations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and learning & development.
Data Collection & Analysis: Help gather, organize, and analyze data related to employee engagement surveys, talent assessments, and organizational health assessments to support key project insights.
Research & Benchmarking: Conduct research on HR best practices, industry trends, and competitor strategies to help inform client solutions.
Change Management Support: Assist with change management initiatives by helping to prepare communications, presentations, and reports for clients.
Documentation & Reporting: Help document project progress, outcomes, and insights, ensuring clear and professional communication with clients.
Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and discussions, gaining exposure to client management, expectations, and strategic HR decision-making.
Support Team Activities: Collaborate with the HR Consulting team on day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth execution of client projects and tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Fresh graduates may also apply.
Strong analytical skills with a passion for HR and organizational development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with team members and clients.
