HR Manager Electrical Panel Manufacturing

Responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations in a panel manufacturing company, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

The role will also involve factory HR management, labour law and statutory compliance, contractor workforce management, employee discipline, training & development, and HR MIS reporting. The candidate should have strong knowledge of manufacturing HR practices, labour laws, recruitment of technical manpower, and employee handling.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
