Open position for a seasoned HR Operations Manager at Armanino India LLP.
Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless execution of pre-joining and onboarding activities, accurate new hire profile creation, timely completion of all onboarding steps, document collection, background verification, and joining formalities.
- Drive smooth onboarding experience including new employee orientation planning, orientation sessions, and system/access enablement.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure readiness for new hires (workspace, IT setup, documentation).
- Review onboarding checklist and ensure 100% compliance with accurate and adequate documentation requirements.
- Track and improve onboarding experience through feedback mechanisms.
- Oversee structured exit management process including resignation tracking, exit interviews, and knowledge transfer.
- Ensure timely and accurate final settlements in coordination with payroll and finance teams.
- Manage clearance process across departments (IT, Admin, Finance, etc.).
- Analyze attrition trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in offboarding cases.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs validation in coordination with payroll teams/vendors.
- Oversee statutory compliance of quarterly and annual filings including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Professional Tax, and other applicable labor laws through authorized vendors and partners.
- Maintain updated records and documentation for audits and inspections.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to payroll and statutory matters.
- Manage employee benefits programs including insurance, leave policies, wellness initiatives, and retirement benefits; coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth administration.
- Monitor benefits utilization and recommend improvements aligned with organizational policies.
- Ensure compliance and documentation related to benefits administration.
- Manage reporting cadence for probation-to-confirmation cycle of new hires, partnering with HR and business leaders.
- Conduct regular reviews of HR policies and processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery and employee experience through policy awareness communication, ongoing process enhancements, and effective rollout of updates.
- Ensure timely updates and maintenance of all HR policies, guidelines, and process documentation on the company intranet/SharePoint.
- Oversee implementation and governance of key HR policies including Attendance and Leave, Code of Conduct and Ethics, Anti-Harassment and POSH, Disciplinary and Grievance Handling, Flexible Work, Compensation and Benefits, and Travel and Expense.
- Ensure consistent interpretation and application of HR policies across business units, guiding managers on policy adherence.
- Partner with stakeholders (business unit leaders, managers, regional HR partners, and Strategic People Partners) to drive timely completion of performance reviews, support calibration processes, and meet reporting requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, proper documentation, and adherence to performance management guidelines and timelines.
- Document employee success plans and closely monitor progress to ensure timely and effective outcomes.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of employee data in HR systems; maintain and update HRIS records regularly for audit readiness.
- Generate periodic HR reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data protection policies and standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR operations.
- Act as liaison between local HR operations and global HR teams/COE’s.
- Support projects related to HR transformation, digitization, and process standardization.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Legal, IT, and Admin.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in human resources or related field.
- 12-15 years of proven experience as HR Manager with significant experience in handling end‑to‑end HR Operations.
- Prior experience working with a multinational organization or a US‑based company with operations in India strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and Indian labor laws.
- High attention to detail and compliance mindset.
- Efficient stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Data‑driven approach with strong analytical capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with competing priorities.
- Strong proficiency in Workday, ServiceNow, or comparable HRIS platforms highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
