Armanino India LLP, a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA), is seeking a People Partner to partner with Business Unit leaders and drive people strategies across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Business Unit (BU) leaders to understand business goals and translate them into aligned people strategies.
- Advise leaders using a blend of business insights, people expertise, and professional services industry knowledge.
- Provide practical guidance to BU leaders and service line leads on HR policies, processes, and people decisions.
- Act as a point of contact for people‑related matters within the assigned BU.
- Support workforce planning activities including hiring plans and team structures.
- Provide input and guidance during annual reviews, promotions, and job changes.
- Lead performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and feedback cycles.
- Assist managers in development planning and identifying training needs.
- Contribute to talent review discussions and succession planning processes.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to deliver high‑quality programs aligned with business needs.
- Assess engagement trends and recommend strategies to strengthen team culture, belonging, and retention.
- Support leaders in creating a consistent and positive employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
- Act as Site HR for Hyderabad, driving employee engagement and workplace initiatives.
- Provide first‑level guidance on employee relations issues and workplace concerns.
- Support BU leaders and service line leads in handling performance‑related matters and documentation.
- Escalate complex cases appropriately and collaborate with HR leadership when required.
- Leverage workforce analytics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and inform decisions.
- Present insights to leaders related to hiring, retention, compensation, and overall organizational health.
- Support organizational and process changes, ensuring sound planning and effective communication.
- Partner with BU leaders and service line leads to support teams through transitions and evolving business situations.
- Partner closely with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, and People Operations) to deliver integrated People programs.
- Ensure strong communication flow between BU leaders, service line leads and People Operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 6 to 8 years of progressive HR/People experience, ideally in a professional services, consulting, or accounting environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to advise and influence outcomes.
- Fundamental understanding of compensation principles and ability to guide leaders on pay decisions, job leveling, and other considerations.
- Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience leveraging HR analytics to drive recommendations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with competing priorities.
