Overview

Armanino (USA) is a leading firm with more than 2500 employees across the United States, supporting professionals in various industries. The position described is for Armanino India LLP, a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities

• Preparation of financial and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting packages, including senior leadership presentations.
• Analyze actual results for variances to plan and identify actionable insights.
• Present insights, recommendations, and complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Design and build sophisticated financial analyses to support business decision‑making, including revenue, expense, profitability, resource management, trends, scenarios, sensitivities and ad‑hoc analyses.
• Identify and implement opportunities for reporting and process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support development of real‑time forecasting and budgeting with templates, analysis and data consolidation.
• Ensure attention to detail, accuracy and quality of all materials produced.
• Effectively communicate and maintain positive working relationships with peers and internal clients in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
• Develop expertise in Armanino’s key systems and data structures.
• Develop BI dashboards and conduct complex analysis with large volumes of financial and operational data.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant experience supporting a United States‑based organization.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Analytics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Advanced expertise in Excel and familiarity with finance/ERP, forecasting/CPM, and BI platforms.
• Work hours from approximately 2p.m. to 11p.m. local time to coordinate with the U.S. team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with adaptability to a dynamic, rapidly changing business expanding to a billion dollars and beyond.
• A genuine passion for corporate finance, helping others, continuous learning, and overcoming challenges.
• Self‑starter who can formulate and conduct analysis with minimal supervision.
