1. Teaching and Curriculum Development

• Deliver high-quality lectures in HRM subjects such as Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Talent Management, Performance Management, Industrial Relations, Training Development, Compensation Benefits, and HR Analytics.
• Design and update curriculum aligned with industry practices and academic standards.
• Use case studies, role plays, simulations, and experiential learning methodologies.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and skill-based learning sessions.

2. Research and Publications

• Conduct research in HRM, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Employee Engagement, HR Analytics, or related areas.
• Publish research papers in reputed national and international journals.
• Present research at academic conferences, seminars, and faculty development programs.

3. Student Mentorship and Academic Guidance

• Mentor students in academic and career development.
• Guide dissertations, research projects, internships, and HR live projects.
• Support students in developing leadership, interpersonal, and managerial skills.

4. Industry Interaction

• Build collaborations with corporate HR professionals and organizations.
