Job description

The Human Resource role is responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee development, motivation programs, team-building activities, grievance handling, and implementation of actions that drive employee satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange interviews for suitable candidates based on departmental job profiles and contribute to space/resource planning as needed.
• Oversee employee orientation, training, and continuous professional development.
• Manage employee welfare, safety, wellness, and counseling initiatives.
• Draft and maintain policy documents and employee handbooks.
• Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws and employment regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, leave, payroll, full & final settlements, and disciplinary actions such as notices and memos.
• Advise management on effective manpower planning and employment strategies in line with legal requirements.
• Develop and document HR policies aligned with the organization's vision.
• Contribute to performance management by coordinating with department heads and senior leadership.
• Originate and manage internal employee communications, updates, and announcements.
• Design and implement performance appraisal systems, feedback mechanisms, and incentive programs.
