Job summary

Straight Growth is seeking a skilled Marketing Operations professional to accelerate HubSpot implementation and manage demand-gen activities in a B2B SaaS setting. You will drive campaigns, optimize attribution, and support revenue goals with data-driven decisions.

You will report to the CEO and play a pivotal role in executing comprehensive marketing plans, building analytics, and scaling campaigns to increase pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• Must have HubSpot certification and proven marketing automation experience.
• Experience with marketing attribution models and revenue operations frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, IS, or related field.
• 4+ years in marketing operations, demand generation, or related role.

You will be responsible for helping drive ambitious sales and marketing campaigns. This position reports directly to the CEO and will be a key contributor to the execution of marketing plans to accomplish increased acquisition, pipeline, and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Marketing automation platform certification (HubSpot) is a must.
• Familiarity with marketing attribution models and revenue operations frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• 4+years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation operations, or related role
• Proven experience managing marketing automation through Hubspot
• Expert-level proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
• Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
• Familiarity with ABM platforms, attribution tools, and marketing analytics solutions
• Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Experience in B2B SaaS or technology company environment
• Background in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing roles
• Experience with marketing budget management and vendor relationships
