V-Soft Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a HubSpot Operations Specialist to own and optimize our HubSpot environment, including CRM administration, workflows, data quality, lifecycle management, and reporting.

As the HubSpot SME, you will govern integrations with ZoomInfo, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, enable Marketing and Sales teams, and drive continuous improvements to ensure a scalable, clean platform.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM administration, workflows, automation, data management, and reporting.
  • Experience with lead management, segmentation, enrichment, routing, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience supporting Marketing, Sales, BDR, or Demand Generation teams.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are important.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM, including contacts, companies, deals, properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, and user permissions.
  • Build, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize HubSpot workflows and automation, including lead routing, lifecycle updates, notifications, and nurturing.
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and standardized CRM data through regular data cleaning, deduplication, enrichment, and quality audits.
  • Establish and maintain HubSpot governance, naming conventions, documentation, and best practices across CRM and marketing assets.
  • Support Marketing, Sales, and BDR enablement through CRM data, lead intelligence, segmentation, workflows, and process documentation.
  • Provide guidance and training to users on HubSpot functionality, CRM processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Create, update, and maintain HubSpot website pages, landing pages, forms, CTAs, emails, newsletters, and other marketing assets.
  • Build and manage lists and audience segments based on CRM data, engagement, behavior, and lifecycle stages.
  • Support lead qualification, scoring, routing, nurturing, ABM, and demand generation initiatives.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards for Marketing, Sales, BDR, and Leadership teams.
  • Manage and monitor HubSpot integrations with ZoomInfo, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other marketing and sales technologies.
  • Support campaign execution by ensuring that the required HubSpot assets, workflows, tracking, and reporting are properly configured.
  • Conduct regular HubSpot audits and proactively identify opportunities to improve automation, data quality, reporting, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Independently manage HubSpot as a platform and serve as the organization's HubSpot subject matter expert.

Position Overview

We are looking for a HubSpot Operations Specialist who will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and continuously improving our HubSpot environment. This role will own the operational side of HubSpot, including CRM administration, workflows, data quality, lifecycle management, marketing assets, segmentation, reporting, integrations, and enablement.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on experience with HubSpot and understand how CRM data, automation, marketing campaigns, sales processes, enablement, and reporting work together.

The person will serve as a HubSpot subject matter expert, ensuring the platform remains clean, organized, scalable, and aligned with business requirements while enabling Marketing, Sales, BDR, and Leadership teams to effectively use CRM data and tools.
