Job summary

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to lead Workday HCM solution delivery from requirements through implementation across multiple Indian locations (Gurgaon, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata).

You will analyse complex client needs, mentor teammates, and maintain high delivery standards while building client connections and expanding your Workday expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2 years of Experience with Workday HCM with at least 1 Workday implementation.
• Workday Core HCM certification and at least one additional module (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Time).
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Those in Workday human capital at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others.
