Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking candidates for an HR Operations/ Learning & Development support role requiring German language proficiency and strong communication skills in German and English. The position involves coordination in a fast-paced, process-driven environment with focus on accuracy and stakeholder management.

Office-based role in Bangalore; exposure to HR systems or learning platforms is a bonus. PAN and DOB must be provided during profile creation.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency is mandatory.

German language proficiency is mandatory.

Good working knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and process orientation. Preferred Skills:

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Willingness to work from office in Bangalore and support business requirements as applicable.
