Job summary

Bechtel Corporation in Gurugram seeks an HRIS Analyst to support and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related HR systems. You will work part-time with possible in-person attendance at the office, contributing to a broad HR systems landscape across the organization.

The role involves coordinating requirements with HR, Payroll, IS&T, and external vendors to ensure data integrity, smooth integrations, and reliable HR services. Prior experience in HRIS and SAP modules is required.

• Support HR tech landscape including other modules, SAP R/3, ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, SAP Fieldglass.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IS&T, vendors and stakeholders to gather requirements and improve functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HR system issues across transactions, workflows and data replication; escalate as needed.
• Configure and maintain system components such as workflows, integrations and data processes.
• Coordinate testing and validation for SuccessFactors modules and integrations.

Job Summary

The HRIS Analyst is a key member of the HR Systems team, responsible for supporting, configuring, maintaining, and enhancing HR technology solutions. This role primarily supports SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central while contributing to the broader HR systems landscape, including additional SuccessFactors modules, SAP R/3, ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, SAP Fieldglass, integrations, reporting platforms, and related applications.

"This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership"

Major Responsibilities

• Provide production support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and other HR systems, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and timely issue resolution.
• Support the broader HR technology landscape, including other SuccessFactors modules, SAP R/3, ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, SAP Fieldglass, HR integrations/APIs, reporting solutions, and ancillary HR applications.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IS&T, external vendors, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into system solutions, and improve functionality, user experience, data quality, and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HR system issues related to transactions, workflows, permissions, business rules, integrations, data replication, reporting, releases, upgrades, and enhancements, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Support the configuration and maintenance of system components such as workflows, business rules, integrations, APIs, data processes, technical designs, process flows, test scripts, and support procedures.
• Perform and/or coordinate unit testing, system integration testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, and production validation for SuccessFactors modules, HR integrations, and other related HR systems.
