Gensler's Bangalore office seeks an HRIS Analyst to design and maintain the Workday HRIS and related platforms including Absence, Benefits, Payroll, On-boarding, and Talent Management. The role interfaces with the US HRIS team, regional HR, Payroll, and Finance, requiring proactive ownership and initiative in a dynamic, globally connected environment.
You will drive Absence configurations, support end-to-end processes, develop reports, and deliver user training and documentation to stakeholders
As an HRIS Analyst at Gensler Bangalore office location; you will be an integral part of the HRIS group of Analysts to work on design and maintenance of the company’s Human Resources Information System (Workday) and several technology platforms associated with Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, On-boarding, Applicant Tracking, Talent Management, and other processes. You will liaison with the HRIS team in USA, Regional HR team, Payroll, Finance and other teams in the organization. In addition, candidates should be able to take ownership of tasks and exhibit a high level of initiative and follow-through in a dynamic environment in support of the HRIS team and business partners world-wide.
