Responsibilities

• HR Partnership & Employee Lifecycle Support: assist in performance reviews, talent reviews and engagement activities.
• Dashboards & People Analytics: help create/maintain HR dashboards and reports, translate insights into actions.
• Employee Engagement: plan, coordinate and execute engagement programs to improve workplace satisfaction.
• Manager & Employee Support: act as a point of contact for routine HR queries and HR policy guidance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Rewards, Employee Relations, and L&D teams.

• HR Partnership & Employee Lifecycle Support: Work closely with the HRBP team and business stakeholders to support people initiatives across the employee lifecycle. Assist in key HR processes such as performance management, talent reviews, employee engagement activities, promotion cycles, employee listening forums, and follow-up actions from skip-level meetings and focus group discussions.
• Dashboards & People Analytics: Support the creation and maintenance of HR dashboards and reports related to organizational health, hiring, employee engagement, learning initiatives, and employee relations. Analyze data and help translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Employee Engagement: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement programs and initiatives that enhance employee experience, strengthen culture, and improve overall workplace satisfaction.
• Manager & Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for routine employee queries and provide support on HR policies, processes, rewards and recognition programs, leave management, benefits, and other employee-related matters, under the guidance of the HRBP team.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with various HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Rewards, Employee Relations, Diversity & Inclusion, and Learning & Development teams to support smooth execution of HR programs and initiatives.

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
