Job summary

Gartner India is seeking a role to lead the India HR Associate team, overseeing 5 HRAs and ensuring accurate handling of high-volume HR transactions. The candidate will be a Workday super user, driving process improvements and coaching the team for effective collaboration with HR partners and business leaders.

Strong background in customer/employee services, 3+ years in Workday transactions, and proven people management abilities are essential.

  • Experience with HR processes, policies, and general HR acumen.

About this role:

The India HRA team lead is responsible for supporting and managing the India HR Associate team. The HR Associates are responsible for managing high volume HR transactions and data requests using our Workday HCM, as well as other requests to support the business needs of our leaders and HR partners.

What you will do:
