Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director in HR technology within the Business and Technology Insights (BTI) group. You will lead research on talent management, learning and development, and recruiting technologies, and deliver actionable guidance to Gartner clients through presentations and briefings.
You will mentor junior analysts, track AI-driven HR trends, and help shape Gartner's HR tech strategy with a credible, executive presence across global teams.
Gartner analysts are industry thought leaders who create must-have research, market predictions and best practices for a broad range of world-leading organizations. Senior directors serve as leaders within Gartner’s Business and Technology Insights (BTI) group, establishing themselves as a credible voice within their area of expertise. Using exceptional analytical skills, Senior directors produce pragmatic and provocative insights that Gartner clients consume and apply to support their priorities. Analysts are a trusted source of advice for clients, reinforcing Gartner’s value every day by engaging them via virtual and in-person interactions, sales support visits and Gartner conferences to discuss complex client challenges and offer appropriate recommendations. As more seasoned members of the analyst team, senior directors also play a role in supporting junior analyst development and leading research discussions and collaboration. This role is an opportunity to join Gartner’s growing Human Resources Practice as an expert in HR technology with a focus on talent management, learning and development, and recruiting technologies. A team of experts within this group is dedicated to tracking the leading edge of HR technology innovation — notably the impact of AI and other HR technologies on HR — and advising Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) and other HR functional leaders on HR tech strategies, initiatives and investments. Senior directors are expected to offer flexibility in what they can cover and how they channel their expertise.
