Nexdigm is seeking a seasoned payroll professional to lead our Global Compliance and Payroll initiatives in Pune. The role focuses on managing multi-country payroll delivery, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships while driving process improvements across a small team.

The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree and 7+ years in outsourced payroll across countries, with experience implementing country payroll projects and collaborating with vendors. ”

Qualifications

• Experience in global payroll processing and labour law compliances in respective countries.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Leadership experience in managing payroll teams.
• Ensure smooth delivery of client deliverables and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of statutory compliances and changes by checking country tax/social security authorities.

Payroll
management can be challenging, more so when it involves multiple countries. In
Global Compliance and Payroll team we help organizations achieve their global
growth objectives by managing their payroll efficiently and by staying
compliant across geographies. We provide end-to-end, transparent, and
single-point-contact solutions to multinationals and other business concerns.
We help clients maximize focus on their core business by outsourcing their
high-volume payroll and human resource processes. Our team of payroll
specialists serves clients across several countries from our centralized
delivery center, which is certified under ISO 27001 and ISO 9001. We specialize
in providing services to clients with 1 to 10,000 employees and are driven by
the goal of providing timely and error-free service while ensuring compliance
in all aspects.

Essential Skillsets Required:

• Should possess knowledge in global payroll processing, payroll related compliances & labour law compliances in the respective countries
• To build and maintain good client relationships
• Leading and developing the team
• To ensure smooth delivery of client deliverables and client is compliant with the regulatory requirements
• Maintain up to date knowledge of statutory compliances and applicable laws. Monitor the statutory changes at regular intervals by visiting the respective countries tax and social security authority websites
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Should have experience of managing the payroll through the third-party vendor in different countries

Vital Skillsets Required:

• Hands on experience on handling different payroll software and giving development inputs
• Process improvement to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
• Managed new country payroll implementation independently by defining the Business Blueprint and designing and executing the project implementation plan.
• Identifying the new business opportunities
• Invoicing, debtors’ management and vendor management

To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to
have,

• Worked in a outsourced payroll managed services environment
• Managed at least 3+ countries payroll with volume of more than 500 payslips in each country
• Managed team of 2 to 5 members
• Contributed to process improvement projects
• Should possess master’s degree with 7+ years of experience
• Have experience of dealing with different countries payroll vendors
