Job summary

Kumaran Systems in Chennai is seeking a seasoned professional to lead talent branding, internal HR communications and employee engagement initiatives. You will craft social content, campaigns and events to showcase culture and people.

Responsibilities include managing internal communications via email and Viva Engage, coordinating employee events and emceeing town halls, and partnering with HR, Recruitment and business stakeholders to amplify the employer brand globally.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in Talent Branding / Employer Branding / Internal Communications / Employee Engagement
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent public speaking & Emcee skills – mandatory
• Creative and proactive approach
