JPMorgan Chase in Bengaluru seeks a Data Management Lead for HR Strategic Transformation to shape workforce capabilities and operating models across HR, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Finance.

You will own end-to-end product lifecycle, drive data governance, and deliver scalable HR solutions through agile delivery, impacting employee experiences and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, business transformation, HR technology, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to develop product strategy and deliver complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment across business, technology, and control functions.
• Experience leading process, operating model, and technology-driven change initiatives in large, matrixed organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision making and business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of HR data, employee lifecycle processes, organizational structures, and workforce management concepts.
• Understanding of data management concepts, including data flows, data lineage, system integrations, and upstream/downstream dependencies.
• Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or similar Human Capital Management solutions.
• Familiarity with data governance, risk, compliance, and control frameworks that support workforce and organizational processes.
• Experience working in large, global organizations and partnering across business, technology, and control functions.
