Job summary

Hartree Partners in Hyderabad is seeking a HR Shared Services Coordinator to join our India Center of excellence. The role focuses on processing end-to-end HR transactions from onboarding to off-boarding, maintaining data integrity, and meeting SLA targets.

You will engage with employees globally, handle inquiries, and contribute to continuous improvement while working in a 24x7 environment. This onsite position reports to HGSI Local Leadership and collaborates with the Global HR Lead.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in HR Operations/Shared Services (APAC/India, EMEA, NAMER)
• Experience in onboarding employees globally
• Eye for detail and process adherence
• Self-motivated with ability to perform independently
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 role
• Proficient with ticketing tools and meeting HRSS performance parameters
• Ability to detail processes and suggest improvements
• Strong customer service orientation and professional communication

Responsibilities

• Act as an individual contributor within the HR Shared Services team in India

• Handle routine queries largely through guidelines and precedents
• Escalate complex inquiries to centralized specialist teams
• Manage end-to-end data processes for employees and ensure policy compliance
• Document inquiries and transactions accurately for reporting and analysis
• Collaborate with HR team to continuously improve service delivery and employee experience

Position: HR Shared Service Coordinator

Job Summary

Position Type: Full-time, onsite. No hybrid work option.

Direct Reporting: HGSI Local Leadership team, Hyderabad

Functional Reporting: Global HR Lead

Key Accountabilities:

• As an individual contributor as part of the HR Shared Services team in India, you will play a vital role responsible for transitioning work and making sure relevant SLAs are met
• Responsible for processing routine transactions across the full spectrum of employment – onboarding through to off-boarding – and responding to standard employee inquiries. You serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking HR Support and maintaining the integrity of HR Data and Processes
• Learn and perform newly set processes and over time gain subject matter expertise to work
• Suggest new practices, programs and policies to meet interpersonal and strategic business/management needs
• Adhere to demonstrate high proficiency in agreed critical metrics and SLAs
• Deliver high quality and consistent service delivery to all internal customers and partners following Standard Operating Procedures
• You are required to solve routine queries and problems raised by employees, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
• Escalate complex and specialised inquiries to the appropriate centralised specialist team for further resolution
• Manages the end-to-end data processes for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collect and cleanse data to populate management reporting systems
• Document all inquiries and transactions accurately in the HR system to ensure reliable data for reporting and analysis
• Collaborates with HR team members to continuously improve the service delivery model and enhance the employee experience

Skills and Experience:

• 1-3 years’ experience in HR Operations/Shared Services in an HR Shared Services role (APAC/India, EMEA, NAMER)
• Experience in onboarding employees globally
• Has expertise in HR Operations with eye for detail and process adherence
• Is a self-starter who is intrinsically motivated for their own performance to achieve desired results
• Can function independently, with minimal mentorship and supervision
• Open to work in a 24X7 role
• Is agile and can function in an ambiguous environment, capable of taking charge when the situation needs it
• Should be proficient with ticketing tools and should be excellent in meeting HRSS performance parameters – case handling etc
• Ability to get into detailing the process and have an eye for detail to suggest process improvements
• Posses’ strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
