• Experience in Leave of Absence Absence Management HR Operations or HR Shared Services
• Strong understanding of LOA processes policies eligibility documentation and case management
• Leave and absence management processes particularly FMLA ADA STDLTD and statespecific leave programs
• HRIS and Leave Management systems such as Workday ServiceNow or similar platforms
• Case management documentation and employee lifecycle processes
• Data analysis and reporting using Excel or similar tools
• For USfocused roles knowledge of FMLA ADA ShortTerm Disability (STD) LongTerm Disability (LTD) and statespecific leave regulations is preferred
• Strong employeecustomer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations professionally Roles and Responsibilities:
