Job summary

Accenture is seeking an HR Service Delivery Analyst to support Talent Acquisition with Workday Recruiting. You will handle interview scheduling, candidate communication, documentation, system updates, and reporting to assist recruiters and sourcers across APAC regions.

This role requires a graduate, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with ATS tools such as Smart Recruiter. Flexibility with shift timings is requested to align with global hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Primary skill in Workday Recruiting and end-to-end recruitment exposure.
• Graduation completed from any stream.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment dashboards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities with focus on scheduling and coordination.
• Communicate with candidates and stakeholders across APAC time zones.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and generate recruitment reports.
• Assist with job postings and onboarding documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and US labor guidelines where applicable.
• Liaise with hiring managers to provide timely feedback and updates.

What would you do?

• The Talent Acquisition Recruitment Administrator is responsible for providing advanced administrative and coordination support across the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring smooth, timely, and compliant hiring operations. The role focuses on interview scheduling, candidate communication, documentation management, system updates, and reporting, while supporting recruiters and sourcers across multiple roles and geographie
• The role operates within established recruitment and RPO frameworks and is accountable for data accuracy, process adherence, SLA support, and consistent candidate experience across recruitment activities.
• An end-to-end talent acquisition application built to help find, share, engage, and select the best internal and external candidates for an organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• APAC Recruitment Admin to support our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will assist in the end to end recruitment process, ensuring smooth coordination, compliance, and timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Support recruiters in scheduling interviews across multiple time zones.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems ATS with candidate information.
• Coordinate background checks, drug tests, and onboarding documentation.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview logistics, feedback, and next steps.
• Prepare and send offer letters and other employment related documents.
• Ensure compliance with US labor laws and internal hiring policies.
• Generate recruitment reports and dashboards as needed.
• Assist in job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Liaise with hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and process updates.

Knowledge Skills Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills including sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation.

Customer service orientation with ability to engage candidates and stakeholders professionally.

Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint for tracking, reporting, and documentation.

Strong email writing skills with clear, professional, and structured communication.

Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems ATS, Smart Recruiter and recruitment trackers.

High attention to detail and data accuracy.

Time management, prioritization, and coordination skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers.

Understanding of recruitment processes, RPO models, and administrative best practices.
