Lam Research in Bengaluru seeks an HR Representative to deliver end-to-end HR support to line managers and local teams across staffing, benefits, leaves, learning and development, and HR program operations. You will ensure accurate HR processes, data integrity, and service excellence, partnering with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with HRIS systems.

The role partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of HR processes, while continuously reviewing and improving existing processes to enhance operational efficiency. A key focus of the role is to deliver consistent, high-quality service through strong customer orientation, process discipline, and a commitment to service delivery excellence.

Master’s in Business Administration or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or equivalent with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience managing a broad range of human resources activities

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
