Job summary

Lam Research in Bangalore invites a Senior Manager, Finance to lead budget control and financial operations within Lam India Finance. You will supervise financial analysts, oversee monthly close, and ensure compliance with IGAAP, US GAAP, and taxation rules.

You’ll manage intercompany billing, audits, and accounting operations including payroll, fixed assets, accounts payable, and T&E, while developing a high-performing team and partnering with global finance functions.

Qualifications

• Solid accounting and financial skills.
• Updated on IGAAP, USGAAP, Companies Act and latest rules in taxation.
• Good analytical, organizational, planning and initiation skills.
• Must be able to work well with people and promote a team environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Handling and closing things independently.
• Working in SAP environment preferred.

The group you’ll be a part of

Lam India Finance team was incubated in 2019 and is currently a 40-member team. This team comprises of two distinct subgroups. One group is the India entity supporting team, which takes care of Business Partnering, Compliance, Accounting, Taxation and other Vendor and Employee related processes and policies. The other group is global facing Organization that supports our global business finance team on some of the key financial processes, activities, and systems. LIFT team members are an energetic mix of individuals who are passionate about doing the right thing.

The impact you’ll make

Manages, prepares, administers, and directs the control of the budget. Manages the activities of the financial analyst staff. Reviews and approves recommendations for financial planning and control, providing relevant fiscal information to executive management team. Monitors division and department adherence to approved budget. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
