Medical Products Service in Delhi is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for both non-technical and technical roles. The role is office-based (WFO) with location options in Delhi and nearby areas.

You will screen, shortlist, coordinate interviews, handle onboarding, and communicate with candidates. A minimum of 1 year in recruitment is required, with experience in IT/software recruitment desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience covering both non-technical and technical hiring.
• Experience with candidate screening, shortlisting and onboarding.
• Familiar with coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate communication in a timely manner.

Responsabilités

• Screen and shortlist candidates for non-technical and technical roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and interviewers.
• Manage joining and onboarding processes for new hires.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with candidates.
