Job summary

Shalina Healthcare in Navi Mumbai is hiring a hands-on Recruiter to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for manufacturing plants and corporate functions within the Global Supply Organisation.

You will source across Production, QA, Engineering, Maintenance, Utilities, Warehouse, and EHS; screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical fit and experience; coordinate with hiring managers; manage offers and joining formalities; and build pipelines for critical roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for pharmaceutical manufacturing or plant operations.
• Experience hiring technical and plant-level positions.
• Willingness to travel weekly to Pune-Jejuri.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, plant, and corporate positions within Global Supply Organisation.
• Handle recruitment for positions across functions such as Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, Maintenance, Utilities, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and EHS.
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, social media, consultants, and other relevant channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' technical experience, qualifications, industry exposure, and suitability.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment priorities.
• Schedule interviews, obtain feedback, and ensure timely progression of candidates through the selection process.
• Manage offer discussions, compensation negotiations within approved budgets, documentation, and joining follow-ups.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring manufacturing positions.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports, including recruitment status, turnaround time, and offer-to-joining ratios.
• Coordinate with HR and business stakeholders to ensure timely closure of manpower requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Prior experience recruiting for pharmaceutical manufacturing, plant operations, or other manufacturing industries is essential.
• Experience in hiring technical and plant-level positions will be preferred.
• Working knowledge of job portals, candidate sourcing techniques, and recruitment tracking tools.

This role will requires travel to Pune -Jejuri location once a week.
