Danfoss in Oragadam, Chennai, India, invites a Payroll Specialist (US & Canada Payroll) to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing for North America. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external partners to deliver compliant payroll operations across time zones.

You will work with global processes and gain exposure to international stakeholder collaboration, while contributing to a positive employee experience and ongoing payroll improvements.

Competenze

• Experience managing US and/or Canadian payroll with knowledge of payroll processes, taxation, and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience using payroll systems such as ADP, UKG, Ceridian, Workday, Paycom, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency to validate payroll data, perform reconciliations, and support reporting.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across functions while handling sensitive information.
• Flexibility to work with stakeholders across time zones, including partial alignment with US business hours.
