Job summary

Danaher is seeking an entry-level Payroll Analyst to support APAC payroll operations and ensure data accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with regional standards.

You will report to a Payroll Manager within the Corporate organization and help maintain harmonized payroll workflows. The role involves data entry for hires/terminations, assisting with payroll runs, and supporting system updates, with growth into more complex tasks. On-site or remote work will align with current location.

Qualifications

• Must have associate degree or at least 3 years of payroll experience.
• Experience with APAC payroll cycles and tax basics.
• Strong written and spoken English; additional APAC language a plus.

The Payroll Analyst provides operational support for payroll processing across APAC, ensuring data accuracy, timely execution, and compliance with regional standards. This entry-level role is foundational to maintaining harmonized payroll workflows and offers growth into more complex payroll responsibilities.

This position reports to a Payroll Manager and is part of the Corporate organization. Candidates that currently sit on-site or remotely will maintain their current location.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Input and maintain employee payroll data, including new hires, terminations, and changes. Validate timekeeping records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Assist with bi-weekly and monthly payroll runs across multiple countries. Help prepare off-cycle payments and payroll adjustments.
• Respond to basic payroll inquiries and escalade complex issues as needed. Provide guidance on pay statements and banking information setup.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure proper documentation for complex pay groups. Support compliance with local tax and labor regulations in more complicated jurisdictions.
• Follow standardized payroll procedures and contribute to documentation efforts. Participate in testing and rollout of new payroll systems or updates.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• Associate degree or a minimum of 3 years of related payroll experience
• Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience for an APAC country,
• Understanding of payroll cycles, wage calculations, and payroll tax reporting requirements
• Good level of written and spoken English, any other APAC region language is a plus
• Proven experience in processing high volume transactions while keeping focused on quality of delivery and accuracy

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Familiarity with payroll platforms such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail in data entry and recordkeeping.
• Clear and professional communication with employees and team members.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a regional payroll environment.
