Job summary

Advantmed India LLP in Ahmedabad seeks a highly organized HR professional to drive HR Process Excellence, governance, and strategic HR initiatives across the organization. You will improve HR processes, establish governance, track OKRs, and ensure successful execution of HR transformation programs.

The role partners with HR Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to manage governance, dashboards, and leadership reporting, while driving change management across multiple HR workstreams.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Process Excellence, HR PMO, HR Governance, or related areas.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management exposure.
• Proficiency in HR analytics and MIS.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement and standardization across HR processes and programs.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
• Lead HR transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop governance frameworks, SOPs, project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Prepare governance dashboards, leadership reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly review meetings.

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused HR professional to drive HR Process Excellence, Governance, and Strategic HR Initiatives across the organization. This role will work closely with HR Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve HR processes, establish governance frameworks, track OKRs, monitor key initiatives, and ensure successful execution of HR transformation programs. The individual will play a pivotal role in process improvement, stakeholder coordination, leadership reporting, and change management across multiple HR workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

HR Process Excellence & Program Management

• Drive continuous improvement and standardization across HR processes and programs.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
• Lead HR transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop governance frameworks, SOPs, project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Ensure timely completion of project deliverables and action items.

• Drive accountability and closure of action items across HR functions.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Business teams.
• Facilitate governance meetings and ensure follow-through on action items.
• Maintain effective communication and alignment across stakeholders.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Analyze project and process performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Generate insights and recommendations for HR leadership.
• Provide regular updates on key initiatives and business impact.

Change Management

• Support communication and adoption plans for HR initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement and stakeholder adoption activities.
• Ensure smooth implementation and sustained adoption of new processes and programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Process Excellence, HR PMO, HR Governance, HR Operations, HR Transformation, or related areas.
• Experience managing cross-functional HR initiatives and process improvement programs.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management exposure.
