Job summary

ABB is seeking an HR Operations Jr. Team Lead – ELCHR Services Specialist – ELC to provide end-to-end HR service support.

You will manage offer letters, onboard new joiners, coordinate payroll, BGV, relocation and visa processes with vendors and the business, while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity. The role requires handling HR Core data in Workday (OM, PA, Payroll) and owning the full employee lifecycle from Hire to Retire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years' experience in HR Shared Services in a global organization is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple demands and work with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end offer letter management.
• Handle new joiners' queries via phone and email.
• Coordinate Payroll processing, BGV, Onboarding, Relocation, Visa with vendors and business.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, candidates and internal teams while maintaining confidentiality.
• Execute HR CORE processes through Workday (OM, PA & Payroll data).
• Own the employee lifecycle from Hire to Retire/Termination; monitor payroll data in HR Core; support data integrity.
• Contribute to the lock/unlock process of critical HR data within HR Core.
• Deliver ELCM services per defined SLAs (TAT, quality, CSAT).
• Demonstrate attention to detail and a proactive mindset to implement learned concepts.

Reporting to the Team Lead, you will provide a high level of support for internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders.Your responsibilitiesIndependently managing end to end offer letter management. Handle new joiner’s queries both over the phone and through email.Coordinate several areas of Payroll processing, BGV process, Onboarding, Relocation, Visa and interacting with vendors and the business. Effectively communicate with the vendors, candidates and internal team members while maintaining confidentiality.Candidate Experience Management: Provide best in class candidate experience through all candidate touchpoints.Execute the HR CORE processes through Workday ensuring that Organization Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA) & Payroll related data accurately according to the global standard processesProcess ownership of complete employee life cycle from Hire to Retire/ Termination Monitors payroll relevant data in HR Core (salary, recurring payments etc.), whilst ensuring supporting documentation is in place. Play key role in the ‘lock and unlock’ process of critical data within HR Core.Ensuring execution and delivery of ELCM services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s) like TAT, quality and Customer satisfaction (C-SAT)Attention to detail and accuracy.
