Job summary

Envalior in Pune is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our commercial team. You will manage HR service requests, handle employee lifecycle activities in SAP SuccessFactors, and support pre-onboarding and onboarding for new hires.

Reliability and confidentiality are essential as you ensure data accuracy, compliance with policies, and timely processing of transactions. You will partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and IT to deliver a seamless employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations in multinational or fast-paced environments.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling employee data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• HR Service Request Management: handle requests, queries, and tickets within SLAs using HR service tools.
• Employee Lifecycle Administration: manage lifecycle events in SAP SuccessFactors and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• New Hire Processing, Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding: coordinate pre-onboarding and process new hire information in SAP SuccessFactors.
• SAP SuccessFactors Administration: perform transactions, maintain records, monitor workflows, and support system updates.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. HR Service Request Management
  
  
  
  • Manage and resolve HR service requests, queries, and tickets within defined SLAs via HR service management tools.
  
  
  • Provide first-line guidance on HR policies, processes, and systems, escalating complex cases as needed.
  
  
  • Maintain accurate documentation and case notes for audit and compliance purposes.
  
  
  
  


• 2. Employee Lifecycle Administration
  
  
  
  • Execute all HR administrative activities for employee lifecycle events (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, contract changes, personal data updates, etc.) in SAP SuccessFactors.
  
  
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance with company policies, and adherence to legal/regulatory requirements.
  
  
  • Generate and distribute employment-related documents such as contracts, letters, and confirmations.
  
  
  
  


• 3. New Hire Processing, Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding
  
  
  
  • Coordinate pre-onboarding activities, including document collection, background checks, and system setup.
  
  
  • Process new hire information in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring correct data entry and alignment with payroll cut-offs.
  
  
  • Support onboarding by preparing welcome materials, scheduling induction/orientation sessions, and ensuring system access is in place.
  
  
  • Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and IT to deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  
  
  
  


• 4. SAP SuccessFactors Administration
  
  
  
  • Perform transactions and maintain accurate employee records in SAP SuccessFactors across various modules.
  
  
  • Monitor workflows and approvals to ensure timely processing of requests.
  
  
  • Support system testing, updates, and enhancements by providing feedback and reporting issues.
