Envalior is seeking an Officer HR & Admin to join the commercial team in Pantnagar, India. The role involves supporting SHEQ policy implementation, employee engagement, training, and site administration with a focus on compliant processes.

The ideal candidate holds a HRM qualification with SAP knowledge, strong communication, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. 5–8 years of experience is expected.

• Graduate or post graduate in HRM with SAP knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of applicable labor laws.
• Proactive problem-solving attitude and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Support site implementation of ENVALIOR SHEQ policy.
• Assist in closing HR & Admin function SHE Vigor Index including security and housekeeping contractors.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives at the site.
• Ensure timely training and maintain training records.
• Coordinate ISO/IATF documents and attendance management.
• Support entry/exit processes including joining, orientation, transfers.

Key areas of accountability/responsibility:

• To support in implementing Envalior SHEQEn policy at site
• To participate & support in closure of HR & Admin function SHE Vigor Index including Security, Housekeeping contractors
• To support site Management/ HR to maintain high level of Employee engagement at Site through various Engagement events and initiatives.
• Ensure timely training for people at site by ensuring training plan and timely adherence and maintaining training records including Feedback and evaluation records.
• Coordinating & maintaining documents as per ISO standards /IATF related documentation at site.
• Coordinate for Attendance management for the site.
• To support in Entry to Exit process at the site, like Joining and orientation, Confirmation, Transfer protocols, filing etc.
• Focal point for front office, admin & communication related services,
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at site
• Maintain the office housekeeping, discipline, time attendance and compliance of house rules.
• To handle internal as well as external communication with employees & customers.
• Perform Admin related GRN and invoice management for site.
• Vendor development & Management for admin services
• Strictly comply with ENVALIOR SHE requirements and latest local SHE related laws and regulations and always ensure compliant SHE behavior; to have proactive

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Graduate/Post degree or above in HRM, SAP Knowledge, Good written & verbal communication, knowledge on applicable labor laws, problem solving attitude, MS Office.

Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience required.
