Job summary

Envalior is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our commercial team in India. You will manage HR service requests, administer employee data in SAP SuccessFactors, and ensure policy clarity and compliance across the employee lifecycle.

Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and IT to deliver seamless onboarding, accurate documentation, and timely processing of changes, while upholding our commitment to safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably multinational or fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling employee data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• HR service request management within defined SLAs via HR service management tools.
• Provide first-line guidance on HR policies, processes, and systems, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes for audit and compliance purposes.
• Execute HR administrative activities for employee lifecycle events in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance with company policies, and adherence to legal/regulatory requirements.
• Generate and distribute employment-related documents such as contracts, letters, and confirmations.
• New Hire Processing, Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding activities and documentation.
• Coordinate pre-onboarding activities including document collection and background checks.
• Process new hire information in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring correct data entry and payroll alignment.
• Support onboarding by preparing welcome materials, scheduling inductions, and system access.
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and IT to deliver a smooth onboarding experience.
• SAP SuccessFactors Administration and transaction maintenance across modules.
• Monitor workflows and approvals to ensure timely processing of requests.
• Support system testing, updates, and enhancements by providing feedback.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• HR Service Request Management


• Manage and resolve HR service requests, queries, and tickets within defined SLAs via HR service management tools.


• Provide first-line guidance on HR policies, processes, and systems, escalating complex cases as needed.


• Maintain accurate documentation and case notes for audit and compliance purposes.


• Employee Lifecycle Administration


• Execute all HR administrative activities for employee lifecycle events (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations, contract changes, personal data updates, etc.) in SAP SuccessFactors.


• Ensure data accuracy, compliance with company policies, and adherence to legal/regulatory requirements.


• Generate and distribute employment-related documents such as contracts, letters, and confirmations.


• New Hire Processing, Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding


• Coordinate pre-onboarding activities, including document collection, background checks, and system setup.


• Process new hire information in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring correct data entry and alignment with payroll cut-offs.


• Support onboarding by preparing welcome materials, scheduling induction/orientation sessions, and ensuring system access is in place.


• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and IT to deliver a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.


• SAP SuccessFactors Administration


• Perform transactions and maintain accurate employee records in SAP SuccessFactors across various modules.


• Monitor workflows and approvals to ensure timely processing of requests.


• Support system testing, updates, and enhancements by providing feedback and reporting issues.
